I'm too afraid to ever try to kill myself
I'm too scared of not being around
But I don't know why I'm holding on so desperately
'Cause nothing is building, instead it's tumbling down.
I feel like the end of a song, oh I'm fading out.
Certainly once everyone sang along.
But the last refrain was oh, so long ago
And no one cares for a song gone on too long.
So let's say goodbye, remember me to your family
Oh, hold on tight to the memory of when we used to be
Thicker than thieves, larger than life
Like demigods at a bacchanal
With fire in our hearts and stars in our eyes
We were fucking unstoppable.
So let's say goodbye, remember me to your family
Oh, hold on tight to the memory of what used to be.
I know you're done, you've moved on, and you left me here.
And sometimes when you see me, oh, you smile.
And you think to yourself, at least he's still fighting the good fight.
But I'm here to say, you can go straight to hell.
Oh, my fire will never go out.
My fire will never burn down.
I'll sing it again, I 'll sing it out loud.

Mike TV did everything for this track.
Sebastian, hands down, is one of the most singular and passionate and skilled songwriters I have ever known. Like, if you know me at all, you know that those are the three metrics that matter. Get Set Go
Eric's music is everything you could ever want from someone that knows all the tiny bits about how music is made and still says, fuck it, I'm making MY music. I have learned so much from him. Get Set Go
John's newest record is the only album I have encountered that is trying to grapple with the idea that machines are taking over, and we're pretty okay with that. And that is pretty darn awesome! Get Set Go
I love how quickly it gets chaotic and they're singing different stuff on top of each other. Great to hear another voice singing with Mike TV. Not even jealous because it's so good and so different than anything else I've heard from him before but equally infectious. Production is top notch too. Love the dueling solos. There's a lot of gotdamn music in here. Sebastian A. Bach
EZ Tiger's Catapulting Stars is a miracle of indie-rock magic. Every song is a gem. Every single one. They are, all of them, singable, danceable, and jump-aroundable! This is what you get when you take ferocious talent, skill that comes with years of dedication and musical polish, and season it with big hooks and indie-rock awesome. Just perfection! Get Set Go
